I wanted to share a few photos from this past weekend's pre-wedding shoot up in Marblehead. The bride and groom are getting married on July 4th (my birthday!), and they decided to have some fun shots taken with their close friends and two adorable beagles.

The weather was pretty rough, with drizzle, wind, and a chill, but we made the best of it and had fun running around in a beautiful park overlooking the ocean.

I'll be shooting Jessica & Nick's rehearsal dinner this weekend, as well as some groomsmen preparation on the big wedding day.

I'm in the midst of a pretty intense Marie Antoinette obsession. I'm reading Antonia Fraser's Marie Antoinette: The Journey, I just watched Sofia Coppolla's Marie Antoinette film for the second time, and I've been pouring over my photos from Versailles....so, here are a few for you!

The Emerald City

My trip to Seattle further complicated my decision-making about where I'm going to end up in the fall for sure. Seattle is such a beautiful city, and a place I could definitely see myself living. During the next fews months I'm going to have to ask myself a lot of questions about where I want to end up and what I want to be doing.

In the meantime, I have the snap shots and the smiles of my friends to remind me of this amazing place.
